Sometimes we are not fully aware of the cars around us unless we look carefully at the cars passing by. I've always thought my relatively medium-sized city was a desert when it comes to car culture. Little did I know there are plenty of enthusiasts nearby!
Volunteers from a non-profit organization schedule gatherings twice a month through Facebook to have a friendly exchange about their cars. It is a good opportunity to discuss the progress on their project car. The best thing to see is the actual passion no matter your age. You can enjoy a small breakfast while taking some pictures and sharing thoughts with the owners.
A good thing to remember about those kinds of events is that they are only the tip of the iceberg. I regularly see cool models downtown such as the 350Z, miatas, some imprezas and even sometimes exotics (mostly British people stopping by at the 5-star hotel).
This tiny event piqued my curiosity.
Until the next stop, enjoy some pictures.
